Job summary

Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for supporting automated manufacturing lines in a medical device environment, troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring GMP compliance, leading projects, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of technicians to provide front-line support and project implementation for high-speed automated assembly lines in a medical device environment. Responsible for equipment performance KPIs, including up-time, output, and yield, while driving continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

Automation Electrical Mechanical PLC Pneumatic and hydraulic components Robotics Sensors Servo systems Teamwork Troubleshooting

Requires a Diploma, Degree, or Senior Trade qualification in Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with over 8 years of experience in a similar technical role. Must possess strong troubleshooting skills and the flexibility to work various shift patterns.
