Job summary

Implementation Manager role responsible for managing customer onboarding from contract to launch, including data migration, platform configuration, and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on AI-enhanced workflows and technical integrations.

Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end customer journey from contract signature to launch, including complex data migrations and platform configuration. You will also act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while implementing AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and time-to-value.
