Job summary

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll oversee the kitchen operations, ensure high standards in food preparation and hygiene, support team coordination during busy service times, and resolve issues in the absence of management to keep the service running smoothly.

Responsibilities

The Kitchen Team Leader is responsible for leading the kitchen team to ensure service runs efficiently while maintaining high food quality and safety standards. They will also deputise for the management team and resolve operational issues as they arise.
