Job summary

Implementation Manager responsible for managing end-to-end partner launches, including planning, coordination, and delivery of integrations and benefits setup with a focus on customer-facing projects in the insurance and benefits technology sector.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Manager will own the end-to-end launch process for new partners, managing approximately five concurrent projects from signature to go-live. They will align internal teams, track progress, and proactively manage dependencies and blockers to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple customer-facing implementations simultaneously and possesses either strong technical depth or a background in data and analytics.
