Job summary

Home Infusion Nurse providing patient-centric specialty infusion care in patients' homes, requiring strong nursing, IV therapy, and patient advocacy skills, with a current RN license and 3 years of experience, preferably in home care.

Responsibilities

The Home Infusion Nurse will monitor patient conditions, interpret clinical data, and act as a patient advocate while providing specialty infusion therapy. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted RN license and possess at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care with strong IV skills. A degree from an accredited nursing program and current CPR certification are also required.
