Job summary

Outpatient Therapist in Behavioral Health responsible for conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions, participating in treatment planning, supporting discharge and transition processes, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive mental health care.

Responsibilities

The Outpatient Therapist will conduct individual and group therapy sessions to treat patients with psychological, emotional, or substance use issues, while actively participating in treatment planning and discharge processes. Responsibilities also include providing family therapy sessions as needed and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or an equivalent field, along with a current clinical or social work license in Ohio. Prior experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients is required, along with obtaining CPR and de-escalation certification within 30 days of hire.
