Registered Nurse-Practice

Provide and coordinate safe, individualized nursing care for pediatric primary and specialty care patients, including assessment, treatment, telephone triage, and medication administration. Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams, support patient and family education, contribute to quality improvement, and assist with clinical and administrative needs across Nemours locations.

Requires an associate-level nursing education, with a BSN to be completed within three years of hire for ADN graduates or four years for diploma graduates, plus current AHA Healthcare Provider certification. Candidates need 1–3 years of relevant experience and Certified Pediatric Nurse certification; additional certifications such as PALS may be required depending on the practice designation.
