Job summary

This job involves providing direct nursing care on a medical-surgical floor, implementing care plans, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, educating patients and families, and coordinating discharge needs. Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, monitor patient conditions, and implement care plans for individuals with chronic illnesses or post-operative needs.
