Responsibilities

This position is responsible for driving the implementation and measurement of training programs across Americas Manufacturing sites. The incumbent will develop curriculum, facilitate training, and manage projects to improve manufacturing technical development.

Qualifications

Adult Learning Principles Digital Tools HSE Programs Instructional Design Manufacturing Experience Operational Discipline Process Safety Project Management Training Development

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience and 5 years in training development and deployment. Candidates must possess strong instructional design skills and a practical understanding of operations and maintenance tasks.
