The Associate Counsel will support the legal team with employment law and commercial litigation matters, including investigations, disputes, legal advice, negotiations, and compliance. Requires JD, valid Texas license, 2-5 years in employment law and litigation, strong research, drafting, and communication skills, and office-based work in Pearland.

Responsibilities

The Associate Counsel will assist with employment-related investigations, litigation, and disputes while providing legal advice to business leaders and human resources. They will also manage commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, vendor issues, and real estate matters.
