Job summary

As Head of Software Product at Lila Sciences, you will lead the strategy and development of the foundational AI-driven scientific platform, enabling the automation and analysis of complex experiments across life sciences, chemistry, and materials science. Responsibilities

You will serve as the primary architect of software product strategy, leading the development of the Agentic Superscience platform. You will be responsible for transforming complex scientific workflows into a scalable software ecosystem while managing cross-functional teams.

Candidates must have 15+ years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping complex, AI-native software systems. A deep understanding of the scientific method and experience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments are required.
