Job summary

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards. Prepare, cook, and present food, maintain hygiene and safety regulations, deputise for management, and coordinate the team during busy service. Must work well under pressure, deliver high-quality meals, and maintain high standards.
