Job summary

The Sr. Engineer – Data & AI is a highly technical, hands-on, and execution-oriented individual responsible for translating data, analytics, AI, governance, and automation strategies into prioritized roadmaps and measurable business outcomes. The role involves working across data platforms, engineering, analytics, data science, AI, and governance to develop prototypes, manage projects, evaluate designs, and improve organizational processes. Coordination of strategic initiatives, technical execution, and stakeholder communication are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Engineer will translate data and AI strategies into prioritized roadmaps and measurable business outcomes while serving as a technical program manager for complex initiatives. They will also act as a product manager for internal capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize data products and AI solutions.

Qualifications

AI Automation Data analytics Data engineering Data governance Python SQL

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline and at least 5-7 years of experience in software or data engineering. Strong technical fluency in Python, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks is required, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex technical projects.
