Job summary

Seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead maintenance and reliability improvements in a global chemical company. Responsibilities include analyzing reliability data, implementing best practices, conducting failure analysis, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the global reliability subject matter expert leading maintenance and reliability improvements across multiple sites. Drive the implementation of best-in-class reliability practices, conduct failure analyses, and develop proactive maintenance strategies.

Qualifications

Data Analysis Equipment Troubleshooting FMEA/Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Lean Manufacturing Tools Project Management Reliability Data Management Reliability Engineering Root Cause Analysis Statistical Analysis Weibull Analysis

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 8 to 10+ years of experience in refining or petrochemical industries. Must be proficient in lean manufacturing tools, reliability data analysis, and applicable engineering codes such as API and ASME.
