Protect customers from fraud through inbound calls, investigating reports of fraudulent activity, using questioning techniques and customer service skills. No prior fraud experience needed; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

You will investigate potentially fraudulent account activity by conducting in-depth telephone interviews with customers and third parties. You will work closely with fraud teams to make informed decisions that protect member accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Communication Customer Service Decision-Making Empathy Fraud Recognition Investigation Microsoft Office Questioning

Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills and previous experience in a telephony or customer service environment. You should be a team player capable of handling challenging conversations and managing your own workload effectively.
