Job summary

The Quality Director oversees all aspects of quality and regulatory management within the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO13485 and FDA, leading continuous improvement initiatives, managing teams, and partnering with customers and suppliers to maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and expertise in Quality and Regulatory Management to ensure compliance with ISO13485 and FDA standards. Lead the quality team, manage supplier quality programs, and oversee the flawless launch of new products into production.

Qualifications

Continuous Improvement FDA Regulations ISO13485 Leadership LEAN Methodology Quality Management Systems Regulatory Compliance Six Sigma Supplier Quality Assurance Team Management

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Manufacturing with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in leadership. Must have thorough knowledge of medical device quality systems and proficiency in SAP ERP.
