The Senior QC Analyst in a laboratory setting is responsible for leading complex chemical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using analytical techniques like HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry. The role includes supporting environmental testing, validation, maintaining cGMP compliance, training staff, and ensuring audit readiness within a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

The Senior QC Analyst directs and performs complex analytical testing on raw materials and finished products while supporting laboratory investigations and CAPAs. They are also responsible for mentoring junior staff, maintaining training documentation, and ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO regulations.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a B.S. in Chemistry with at least 4 years of experience or an M.S. with 2 years of experience. Proficiency in analytical techniques like HPLC and GC, along with experience in regulated environments, is required.
