Job summary

Assist customers, stock and maintain store, handle checkout, and participate in various store operations.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly customer service and efficient checkout experiences while managing store recovery and merchandise standards. Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) Cash Handling Customer Service Merchandising Planogram (POGs) Safety Programs Ship From Store (SFS) Shrink Control Stocking Store Recovery

Retail or customer service experience is preferred. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and capable of performing physical tasks including lifting heavy boxes and standing for long periods.
