Responsibilities

The Retail Service Team Member is responsible for providing friendly customer service, assisting with product location, and ensuring a fast checkout experience. They also perform store maintenance, truck unloading, and merchandise recovery to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

Basic Math Cash Handling Communication Skills Customer Service Merchandising Physical Stamina Point of Sale (POS) Product Knowledge Stocking Store Maintenance

Candidates must be at least sixteen years of age and possess the physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and use ladders. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
