The Senior Manager, Software Engineer (AI) at Vestwell is responsible for leading the AI Engineering team to develop, scale, and operate AI-powered products and platforms. Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of AI software engineers to deliver production-grade AI services and enterprise capabilities. Partner with cross-functional leaders to define strategy and architect scalable AI platforms using modern orchestration frameworks.

Qualifications

AI Engineering AI Platforms Cloud Computing (AWS) DevOps (Docker, CI/CD) Distributed Systems Large Language Models (LLMs) Machine Learning Model Orchestration Python Relational Databases (PostgreSQL)

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of leadership. Must have deep expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, and cloud-native application design on AWS.
