Job summary

The Parts Specialist provides retail and installer customers with high customer service, assists with merchandise selection, manages transactions, supports store operational tasks, and performs in-store services and deliveries as needed, requiring strong customer service, multitasking, and automotive knowledge.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level service to retail and professional customers by assisting with parts selection and processing transactions. Maintain store operations through stocking, inventory counts, and performing basic vehicle services like battery testing.

Qualifications

Automotive Parts Bilingual (Spanish) Cash Handling Customer Service Driving/Delivery Inventory Management Multitasking Product Knowledge Test Equipment Operation

Candidates must be able to multitask and match alphanumeric sequences while providing professional customer service. Familiarity with automotive parts, ASE certification, and fluency in Spanish are highly desired.
