Job summary

Assist customers with inquiries related to debit card incentives, orders, and balances via phone in a remote, temporary customer service role. Requires basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and a dedicated workspace with required hardware/software. Responsibilities

Manage high volumes of inbound calls while following communication scripts to assist customers with inquiries. Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and seize opportunities to upsell products.
