Job summary

The Senior Research Associate / Associate Scientist will focus on high-throughput chemical synthesis using automated platforms, developing workflows, troubleshooting instruments, and supporting projects in materials and physical sciences.

Responsibilities

Perform high-throughput chemical synthesis of small molecules using automated platforms and MTP blocks under various temperature and pressure conditions. Develop integrated workflows and deploy engineering solutions to accelerate the transition from hit identification to lead optimization.
