Job summary

Lead strategic People operations for a global AI-focused organization, emphasizing automation, data-driven decision-making, and organizational leadership across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

Lead and evolve the global People Operations operating model, using AI, automation, systems, data, and governance to deliver scalable, compliant, and commercially effective services. Partner with senior leaders and lead strategic, cross-functional People initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and transformation from design through implementation.

Qualifications

AI and Automation Data Analysis Leadership People Management Strategic Planning

Significant experience leading global People Operations across multiple jurisdictions, with expertise in employee lifecycle services, systems, data, governance, compliance, and operational risk. The candidate should be commercially minded, experienced in professional services or consulting, skilled at influencing senior stakeholders, and able to use AI and automation to scale operations; experience with growth, investment readiness, or due diligence is valuable.
