Job summary

The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting utility equipment at a biopharmaceutical site, ensuring compliance with regulations, executing preventative and corrective maintenance, managing reliability programs, liaising with contractors and client teams, and continuously improving maintenance and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs for utilities plant and equipment on a biopharmaceutical site to ensure maximum uptime and regulatory compliance. Manage technical investigations, optimize electrical PM job plans, and coordinate with third-party contractors and site engineering.

Qualifications

Calibration Data Analysis Electrical Maintenance Energy Management Preventive Maintenance Regulatory Compliance Reliability Engineering Safety Procedures SOP Writing Troubleshooting

Requires a Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years experience, or a Trade qualification with 8-10 years post-apprenticeship experience. Must have extensive knowledge of low/medium voltage systems, motors, VFDs, and experience within a GMP environment.
