Applicant Tracking Systems Background Checks Candidate Screening Client Coordination HR Policies Interviewing Metrics & Analytics Project Management Recruiting Talent Acquisition

Candidates must have at least five to eight years of recruiting experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas or Energy industry. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is strongly preferred, along with proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
