Job summary

Manage end-to-end sales process and customer acquisition for mid-market companies with revenues between $4M-$10M. Conduct prospecting, solution demonstrations, and customer meetings via Teams and phone to understand client needs and develop tailored financial and technology solutions. Drive sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced, strategic environment.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Business Development is responsible for driving new customer acquisition in the mid-market segment through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. They will conduct end-to-end sales cycles, including solution demonstrations, value analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex business challenges.
