Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for the administrative and managerial aspects of construction projects, including estimating, scheduling, and budgeting. They will oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, including coordinating with owners and managing subcontractors.

Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of project management experience and a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project is required.
