Responsibilities

Assist clients in their residences with personal healthcare, mobility, and health maintenance activities as outlined in the Plan of Care. Maintain effective communication with the administrative team and document all provided care accurately.

Qualifications

CNA Communication CPR Infection Control Patient Care

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience as a home health aide or certified nursing assistant. Must hold a valid Home Health Aide certificate, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.
