Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as chemical or environmental engineering and possess at least 5 years of experience in high-hazard chemical or petrochemical manufacturing. Proficiency in environmental standards like RC14001, RCRA, and the Clean Air Act is required.
