Job summary

The Registered Nurse oversees nursing care for residents, coordinating direct and indirect patient care, managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, documenting services, and responding to resident needs in a healthcare facility.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the nursing process for assigned residents. Duties include providing direct nursing care, supervising LPNs and CNAs, and ensuring compliance with medical plans and facility regulations.

Qualifications
