Job summary

The Critical Facilities Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, and building management systems in data centers, ensuring high uptime and energy efficiency. The role involves working with complex infrastructure, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to guarantee seamless operations.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain critical electrical and mechanical facility systems to ensure uninterrupted data center services. Manage vendors and execute preventative and corrective maintenance using CMMS and BMS tools.

Qualifications

Alarm Systems Building Management System Electrical Mechanical Power Distribution Preventive Maintenance Repair & Maintenance Safety & Security Troubleshooting

Requires a technical education in electricity, climate, or cooling and experience operating data centers or similar critical environments. Must possess intermediate English skills and the physical ability to perform tasks like climbing ladders and working under raised floors.
