Responsibilities

The Assistant Nurse Manager provides day-to-day administrative and leadership oversight to support clinical, financial, quality, and workforce priorities at the unit level. They are responsible for staff supervision, operational execution, and implementing patient care systems under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
