Job summary

Lead P&C substation transmission projects by managing technical design, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, bid preparation, and quality assurance within a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

The Principal Engineer will lead a high-performing team in the delivery of FEED and detailed design workstreams for transmission substation projects. They are responsible for technical leadership, quality assurance, tender management, and fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Bid Preparation Client Communication Detailed Design Electrical Codes and Standards Electrical Engineering FEED P&C Design Project Management Stakeholder Engagement Substation Design

Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and be working towards Chartered Engineer status. Proven experience in P&C substation design and the ability to manage technical bids and project interfaces are essential.
