A home care registered nurse (RN) ensures hospice patients are comfortable during their end-of-life journeys and provides compassionate, personalized care in home settings.

Responsibilities

Provide comfort-focused in-home nursing care for hospice patients while serving as an advocate for their goals of care. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, social workers, and chaplains to deliver holistic support to patients and families.

Qualifications

Basic Education & Training Compassionate Care Hospice Care In-home Nursing Nursing Patient Advocacy Patient Care Team Collaboration

Requires an associate or bachelor's degree in nursing and a valid RN license. Candidates must have at least one year of hospital nursing experience and reliable transportation.
