Responsibilities

Lead EM and IR-drop simulations to ensure robust power delivery and signal integrity for high-performance ICs. Collaborate with RTL, physical design, and analysis teams to implement power grid strategies optimizing performance, power, and area.

Qualifications

RTL, physical design, and analysis collaborations EMIR analysis IR-drop mitigation Layout extraction flows Metal density checks Power delivery design Power grid strategies RC modeling Scripting (TCL, Python, Perl, Shell) Signoff methodologies

7+ years of experience in physical design or signoff with a focus on EMIR is required. Candidates should be hands-on with industry-standard EMIR tools and have a strong understanding of advanced technology nodes.
