Job summary

Provide frontline technical support, assist with hardware and software, and escalate issues as needed, supporting internal staff and maintaining inventory and asset management.

Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-line support for incidents and service requests through multiple channels, including walk-up and deskside support, and escalate issues when needed. Configure and manage end-user devices and hardware assets, maintain accurate service records, and keep users informed of progress and changes.

Qualifications

Customer Service Hardware Troubleshooting Incident Management iOS ITIL Framework Mac OS Mobile Device Configuration ServiceNow Tech Support Windows OS

Candidates should have experience in a customer-facing technology support role, strong customer service and desktop hardware skills, and knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft operating systems, mobile device setup, ITIL, and an ITSM tool. They should be organised, able to work independently and collaboratively, and available to work onsite in London five days per week.
