Responsibilities

The Infusion Nurse coordinates and provides direct patient care in home or alternate settings, ensuring safety and compliance with physician plans. They also educate patients and families, mentor other nursing staff, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted RN license and possess 3-5 years of infusion nursing experience. A current CPR certification and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for travel are also required.
