Job summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) providing nursing care in residential and community settings, supporting individuals with IDD, administering medications, monitoring health, assisting with daily activities, and participating in team collaboration.

Responsibilities

The LPN will provide nursing care and health support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
