Job summary

The Senior Manager, Sales Support - EMEA at AutoStore will lead and develop the regional Sales Support team, ensuring high-quality support from purchase order to execution, leveraging automation and AI for process improvements, and collaborating across functions to optimize operational performance.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end order and booking process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while meeting agreed SLAs. Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to resolve order-related issues and drive process improvements using automation and AI.
