Job summary

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and back-of-house areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Operate dishwashing equipment and kitchen tools, support with inventory and event setups.

Responsibilities

The Night Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and back-of-house areas, including equipment and storage. They also provide essential support for banquet and restaurant functions, ensuring all operational areas meet health and safety standards.

Qualifications

chemicals handling cleaning customer service equipment maintenance food handling food safety inventory management sanitization set-up and support for events utilities operation

Candidates must have legal work authorization in the United States and be able to obtain a TB clearance card. A high school diploma is preferred, along with the ability to operate and maintain various kitchen cleaning equipment.
