Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Revenue Execution Lead to build and lead field training for our Revenue organization, including designing, facilitating, and measuring high-impact training programs for sales and customer success teams, with a focus on improving sales execution, onboarding, and ongoing skill development. The role requires strong facilitation, strategic thinking, and the ability to leverage AI tools thoughtfully. The position is fully remote, with potential travel for team or company events.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Execution Lead will design and facilitate high-impact training programs for revenue teams to improve execution across the customer lifecycle. They will also build scalable infrastructure, coaching rubrics, and AI-assisted practice flows to ensure durable team performance and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales leadership, or related commercial roles with strong business acumen. Exceptional live facilitation skills and the ability to build programs from a blank page are essential for this role.
