Job summary

The Director of Health and Wellness oversees senior living health services, staff, compliance, and budget, ensuring resident care needs are met and regulatory standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

Direct the Assisted Living health and wellness program, oversee resident care and assessments, and ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards. Manage clinical staff, schedules, training, budgets, resident and family communications, and incident follow-up, while providing required 24/7 on-call clinical support.

Qualifications

Assessment & Evaluation Budget Management Communication Healthcare Management Leadership Regulatory Compliance Staff Management

Requires an active LPN/LVN or RN license, experience managing a clinical team in senior living or a hospital, and familiarity with EMR/EHR documentation systems. Candidates must maintain required continuing education, have a clean driving record and valid driver's license, and demonstrate strong team leadership, organization, communication, and a service-oriented approach.
