Job summary

Lightning AI is building an end-to-end platform for developing, training, and deploying AI systems, serving solo researchers, startups, and large enterprises. The GTM Operations Specialist will help the company's go-to-market teams ramp faster, sell sharper, and operate with a shared playbook by building enablement systems, content, training, and field reinforcement. They will partner with teams across departments to evaluate growth, set priorities, and improve operational efficiency, supporting strategic planning, execution, and business performance.

Responsibilities

The GTM Operations Specialist will build enablement systems, content, and training to help go-to-market teams sell more effectively. They will also partner with executive leadership to drive strategic planning, track business metrics, and improve operational efficiency across departments.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have experience building enablement programs at high-growth startups and familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDIC. Proficiency in AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools is highly preferred.
