Responsibilities

The Senior People Partner will embed with business leaders to drive organizational design, talent strategy, and compensation decisions. They will also manage complex employee relations, performance situations, and build scalable people systems to support a fast-scaling company.

Qualifications

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in People Partnering or HRBP roles with a strong track record of influencing senior leadership. The role requires deep expertise in organizational design, compensation frameworks, and resolving high-stakes employee relations issues.
