Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within a medical-surgical orthopedic unit. They are also responsible for delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs while participating in process improvement activities to ensure clinical quality and safety.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Ohio and possess a BLS certification from the American Heart Association. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required within five years of employment.
