Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships within Digital Health, Health Plans, or Clinical Services, demonstrating success managing the end-to-end client journey. Essential qualifications include proven industry expertise with commercial payers or hospital systems, strong analytical proficiency for data synthesis, and high-stakes communication skills.
