Job summary

The Associate - Operations-Leadership program is a full-time, entry-level role offering comprehensive training in manufacturing, logistics, administration, HR, finance, and related fields to prepare for operational leadership roles.

Responsibilities

The associate will participate in a twelve-month training program across six core plant business functions including manufacturing, logistics, and finance. They will shadow and perform in various operational roles to assist plant leaders with everyday facility functions.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing, finance, or a related field. Strong computer skills in Word and Excel are required, along with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
