Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct physical and psychological care to residents while collaborating with physicians and the multi-disciplinary team. They are responsible for coordinating, supervising, and evaluating resident care while maintaining a positive professional image.

Qualifications

Candidates must be graduates of an approved nursing program and hold a valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. CPR certification is required, and at least 6 months of direct care nursing experience is desired.
