The role offers growth towards owning client accounts and working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

The Engagement Associate will support the post-sale customer experience by executing adoption playbooks and managing change-management programs for enterprise clients. They will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure account health, drive product adoption, and surface opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, customer success, or the legal field, with a focus on supporting complex B2B SaaS or enterprise accounts. Strong organizational skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders are essential.
